Because of prepaid expenses required to produce THE Party in Fort Worth, no refunds will be made if you cannot attend THE Party or if THE Party must be canceled because of inclement weather or some other unforeseeable event.
Should we be forced to cancel this event, please consider your ticket, table or sponsorship purchase a donation to The Fort Worth Promotion & Development Fund to better help promote Fort Worth to the world.

About Josh Weathers
Josh Weathers is a Fort Worth based soulful singer songwriter. He has spent the last 15 years honing his craft of combining songs of hope with a high energy rock n’ soul live show. Since a video of him singing “I Will Always Love You” the classic Dolly Parton hit went viral a few years ago, it has expanded Josh’s reach to a national and global level. Many people have compared him to the likes of John Mellencamp, Springsteen or even Stevie Wonder, but his die hard fan base has found something incredibly unique about his ability to connect with an audience. In late 2015 Josh and his wife Kady founded a non profit organization called Love Like You Mean It Intl. after a life changing trip to India. Since the foundation began Josh has chosen to use his platform to bring awareness to their efforts overseas. If you ever have the chance to witness a live performance… do it. You’ll be a part of something special.

What do I wear?
This year's theme is Party In First Class, and we're channeling Fort Worth Fancy with a little aviator flair — think your favorite going-out-to-the-Stockyards outfit, elevated for a night that's part runway, part red carpet. Every step is a photo op, so dress like you're boarding a flight to somewhere fabulous.
The vibe is Fort Worth Fancy with a jet-set edge — no jeans and flip-flops here. Think polished Western glam that could walk straight from the Stockyards onto a runway (the airport kind).
Here's what to wear to fit right in and stand out:
Fort Worth Fancy: Put on your dancing shoes and bring your best going-out-to-the-Stockyards look — bold colors, sharp tailoring, or a chic dress that makes a statement.
First Class Flair: Add a nod to the aviator theme with a signature piece — a silk scarf, a bomber jacket, or even your favorite cowboy hat. Blazers, fashion-forward sets and standout boots or heels are all fair game. Just keep it polished and ready for a first class night out.
Boarding Touches: Top off your look with standout accessories — aviator sunglasses, a sleek clutch, statement jewelry, or a touch of Texas flair.

We’re excited to bring THE Party in Fort Worth to the American Airlines Skyview 6 Employee Hotel! Join us at 4501 Highway 360, Fort Worth, TX 76155 for an unforgettable evening in one of the city’s most exclusive spaces.
Where do I park?
Valet parking will be available when you pull up In front of the hotel.
What time does the party start?
Doors Open at 6:00 PM
We have a wide variety of activities planned: food stations, fun bars, casino tables, raffle prizes, vendors from around Fort Worth, great music and more.
What name do I give at check in?
Credentials and event seating will be organized first by Company or Organization name. Please provide the name of the company you are attending on behalf of, and then your name.
Can I register on-site?
